Honestly, I gotta say, I usually don’t trust online bookings due to all the scammers lurking around. But this time, I decided to take a chance. After chatting with Diana, all my worries disappeared. I found her to be honest, helpful, and reliable, even though we’ve never met face to face. She truly deserves this role, and I’d definitely recommend her. Big thanks for her kindness and hard work in addressing client issues. I hope the rest of her team is just as great!

We had to sort out our ticket bookings in a hurry because of a family emergency overseas. Jenny Wise was super helpful and provided me with options for the most budget-friendly flight available at that moment. Today, Adams tells me that Travel House is looking to keep £235 as fees! I’m okay with paying fees, but charging for a ticket that became unsuitable because the airline changed the dates feels like a total scam. *GET YOUR TICKET FROM RELIABLE AGENCIES, NOT THIS ONE*. I’ll keep you posted once I get legal assistance to reclaim our money, which we will get back no matter what…. It’s all about the principle.

Mark Benson really goes above and beyond, doing a fantastic job at coordinating flights for numerous caregivers. He gives us peace of mind with great prices, flight options, and availability.
